Manager Training Programme of the BMWi
The Programme "Fit for Partnership with Germany" prepares foreign executives from small and medium-sized companies for business initiation and cooperation with German companies. The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) is the general manager and coordinates the programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The programme is implemented throughout Germany by 18 training centers - including GICON®-InTraBiD GmbH.

Programme format
During practice-oriented training and company visits, the participants expand their management skills and get first-hand experience of German entrepreneurs.
To date, our team has successfully supervised 18 groups from eleven partner countries in the BMWi Manager Training Programme “Fit for Partnership with Germany”.
Around 350 young managers from the following countries have taken part in the training in Dresden since 2014:
- CIS countries: Russia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Turkmenistan
- Ukraine
- Egypt
- Asia: Mongolia, India, Vietnam
- South America: Mexico
