GICON InTraBiD in the evening program of Russian regional television in Kuzbass
Great media attention for GICON InTraBiD GmbH in Russia: At the beginning of April 2019, Russian television accompanied the follow-up seminar for a Russian group of the manager training program, which was supervised by GICON InTraBiD in Germany in June 2018. The news segment, including interviews of InTraBiD employees, ran in the evening edition of a news station of the Kuzbass region [YouTube link to the segment].
In Kuzbass, the so-called "President's Program for Manager Training of the Russian Federation" has been running for 21 years. During this period, more than 2500 experts have participated in the program. The strategic goal of the program, which is located at the level of regional governors, is to improve management in enterprises of the Russian Federation. The best participants are given the opportunity to take part in a one-month training course in Germany, which is sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy as part of the manager training program "Fit for Partnership with Germany". Among other things, they have the task of establishing new business contacts with German companies.
Dr. Ute Fischer-Zujkov (GICON InTraBiD GmbH) moderated the two-day event and led a workshop on environmental management. An integral part of follow-up seminars is a visit to the home company of one of the participants. In Kemerovo, the "Chernigovets" open-cast coal mine was visited. It belongs to the Russian mining company SDS-Ugol, which is again sending its specialists to Germany this year as part of the program. During the follow-up, the participants also exchanged their experiences in implementing their cooperation projects with German companies in their home companies.
Yelena Alekseyevna Pakhomova, Deputy Governor for Science and Education of Kuzbass, Tatyana Maksimovna Grunina, Representative of the National Resource Center of the Presidential Program of the Russian Federation and Lyaila Orlikovski, Manager of the Managerial Training Program of the Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) also participated in the follow-up seminar. GICON InTraBiD GmbH has concluded a framework agreement with GIZ for the provision of further training in Germany.
